Job Description
- Build and manage relationships with current and potential partners.
- Negotiate and execute partnership contracts and agreements.
- Identify, evaluate, and select partners that align with the company’s business strategy.
- Position and build the company’s brand image in partnership activities.
- Propose and implement new initiatives and strategies to enhance partnership relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define partnership objectives and develop partnership strategies.
- Plan and participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to meet and establish relationships with new partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetups.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar business development or partnerships role at a technology or financial services company.
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Blockchain/Cryptocurrency.
- Proficient in English (all four skills).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
