Job Description

  • Build and manage relationships with current and potential partners. 
  • Negotiate and execute partnership contracts and agreements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select partners that align with the company’s business strategy.
  • Position and build the company’s brand image in partnership activities. 
  • Propose and implement new initiatives and strategies to enhance partnership relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define partnership objectives and develop partnership strategies.
  • Plan and participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to meet and establish relationships with new partners. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar business development or partnerships role at a technology or financial services company.
  • Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Blockchain/Cryptocurrency.
  • Proficient in English (all four skills).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
