Job Description

  • Interact with the project’s user community through social media channels. 
  • Assist customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users in understanding product usage.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the Community team and Designers to complete assigned tasks.
  • Propose process and service improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Get to know customers’ need and forward related information to marketing team.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations in handling customer information and protecting privacy.
  • Analyze feedback from customers and report to Manager for improving services and quality.
  •  Support/ report directly to Manager for other tasks.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree in English, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales, etc… are preferable
  • At least 3 years experiences in the same position.
  • Have excellent writing & reporting skill.
  • Good problem-solving, listening and communication skill.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of Blockchain/Cryptocurrency.
  • Proficient in English (all four skills).
